Sunwah – On 2^nd April 2018, at Sunwah Galleria in Sunwah Pearl project, VinaCapital Group and Silkroad Renaissance signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement. Mr Don Lam, CEO of VinaCapital, and Mr Eric Huang, President of CITIC Merchant – a banking arm of CITIC Group, signed the Agreement on behalf of VinaCapital and Silkroad Renaissance.

The Signing Ceremony received the participation of several senior executives from Sunwah Group, VinaCapital and CITIC Merchant. Dr Jonathan Choi, Chairman of Sunwah Group and VinaCapital, is the main witness of the Signing Ceremony.

VinaCapital is the largest investment fund in Vietnam with a diversified portfolio of 1.8 billion USD in assets under management. Silkroad Renaissance is the joint-venture between CITIC Group and Sunwah Kingsway – a financial subsidiary of Sunwah Group. With this new cooperation, two parties will further develop business in China, Vietnam as well as expand to the whole Southeast Asia region.
