Cambodian Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts delegation’s visit to Sunwah Headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City

Sunwah – On 28 September 2022, Mr Jesse Choi, Director of Sunwah Southeast Asia, welcomed the delegation of the Cambodian Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts led by H.E Mr Long Ponnasirivath, Secretary of State of the Ministry, to visit Sunwah Group’s headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City. Mr Sok Dareth, Cambodia Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, also join the delegation during the visit.

Mr Jesse Choi introduced about Sunwah Cultural Centres over the world and the Group’s extensive activities to promote cultural exchanges and understanding among countries. With Sunwah’s 30 years of development in Cambodia, the Group is dedicated to working with the Ministry to introduce Cambodia’s culture and unique beauty to the world through various projects and the opportunity to promote Ms Jocelyn Choi, Sunwah’s Cultural Ambassador, as the Honorary Cultural Ambassador to Cambodia.

Mr Long was impressed with Sunwah’s significant contributions to the international culture promotion. He hoped to partner more with Sunwah to foster the cultural exchanges of Cambodia with China and also among ASEAN countries. He was also supportive of the idea to promote Ms Jocelyn Choi to be the Cambodia’s Cultural Ambassador, especially to further develop Cambodian film industry with expertise exchanges from China.

Mr Jesse invited Mr Long and the delegation to visit Sunwah’s headquarters in Cambodia later on to further discuss the collaboration.
