Sunwah – On 5th July 2017, the Main Contract Signing Ceremony between Sunwah Pearl and China State Construction Engineering Corporation (S.E.A) (CSCEC) was held by Sunwah Group at Sunwah Galleria, Sunwah Pearl Project, 90 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Sunwah Pearl, expected to be completed in 2020, is the latest luxury real estate project of Sunwah Group in Vietnam. With Sunwah’s years of experience and prestige in real estate, Sunwah Pearl is destined to be a new iconic landmark in Ho Chi Minh City.

Following the success of two well-known real estate projects which are Sun Wah Tower (115 Nguyen Hue, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) and Saigon Pearl (92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City), Sunwah Group continues to develop the third real estate project in Vietnam, Sunwah Pearl, meaning “the Pearl in the heart of splendid Saigon”.

The Signing Ceremony was held in the morning with the participation of local officials from Binh Thanh District and Ward 22, representatives and staff from Sunwah and CSCEC as well as their close partners.

Speaking at the Main Contract Signing Ceremony, Mr Johnson Choi, General Director of Sunwah Vietnam and Bay Water Co. Also at the Ceremony, Mr Zhang Zong Shuo, Authorized Representative of CSCEC Vietnam and Chairman of CSCEC (S.E.A) expressed his great pleasure for CSCEC having been selected as the main contractor of Sunwah Pearl Project and promised to fulfill CSCEC’s commitment on quality, timeline, safety and environmental protection during the construction of Sunwah Pearl Project. “We are honored to partner with Sunwah. We cherish this opportunity to be the main contractor of Sunwah Pearl project, and believe this is the beginning of a reliable partnership between Sunwah and CSCEC. On the basis of mutual trust, we are confident that we can complete the project successfully in a timely manner”, he said.

After the Main Contract Signing Ceremony was the Sunwah Pearl Project Groundbreaking Ceremony with the attendance of representatives from Sunwah Group and CSCEC. Invested by Sunwah Group, the highly diversified conglomerate from Hong Kong, and benefited from the international experiences of the main contractor, CSCEC, Sunwah Pearl is expected to be a lively piece for the colorful picture of the Saigon Riverside, where the residents can experience the high-class living values in a peaceful atmosphere of the dynamic city known as the Gem of the Far East Asia.

Groundbreaking Ceremony of Sunwah Pearl Project

On the same day, 5th July 2017, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the third phase of Saigon Pearl Project also took place at Saigon Pearl (92 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City). The officiating guests of the Groundbreaking Ceremony were representatives from Sunwah Group and other guests of honor.

Saigon Pearl is a luxury residential, business, shopping and entertainment development. Sitting on the border of District 1 of the city, the Saigon Pearl development project includes the construction of eight twin apartment buildings, 40,000 square-metre retail and recreational facilities including clubhouses, a large-scale shopping complex with shops, supermarkets, cinemas and other entertainment components.

The third phase, namely Opal Tower, is a luxury and modern 41-storey condominium – office tower which comprises luxury condominiums, office areas and a shopping center. Opal Tower is scheduled for completion at the end of 2019.
