Sunwah Group visit the Embassy of Israel in Vietnam

Sunwah – In the afternoon 13 September 2022, Mr Jesse Choi, Regional Director of Sunwah Group in Southeast Asia, and Mrs Janice Le, Representative of Sunwah Group in Hanoi, had a meeting with the Deputy Ambassador of Israel to Vietnam Ms Maayan Ben Tura, and Commercial Consul Mr Gal Saf.

During the meeting, Mr Jesse Choi introduced Sunwah’s 50-year operation and business areas as well as its contributions to the economic and social development of Vietnam. At the same time, he also briefed the Group’s areas of activity in China, including the cooperation projects in the field of food technology with Bright Food Group and Israeli partners in Shanghai. Dr Jonathan Choi, Chairman of Sunwah Group, is Chairman of the China Hong Kong Israel Technology Cooperation and Promotion Center. Recently, the Group has made a great effort to support the growth of technology and innovation in Vietnam, Sunwah’s innovative projects have also received high appreciation from regional leaders and ecosystem partners. Sunwah hopes to be able to expand interactions with Israeli startups and experts in order to look into potential new areas of collaboration.
Deputy Ambassador Maayan Ben Tura and Counsellor Gal Saf expressed their appreciation for Sunwah Group’s efforts and interest in the initiatives that Sunwah Innovations is carrying out to foster the growth of the innovation ecosystem. He hoped that the two parties would stay in touch and strengthen information exchange in the future to mutually develop collaboration in the area of innovation. With the advantage of Israel’s developed technology, the Embassy can also introduce a variety of professionals from many industries to support Sunwah’s innovation projects and start-up incubation in Vietnam. In addition, the Deputy Ambassador wants to utilize Sunwah partners network to encourage interactions and collaboration between Israeli and Vietnamese entrepreneurs.
