Sunwah – On 9 September 2022, Ms Katie Nguyen, Representative of Sunwah Group in Ho Chi Minh City, and Ms Janice Le, Representative of Sunwah Group in Hanoi, met with Mrs Frédérique Horn, Director of the French Institute in Vietnam (under the Consulate General of France in Ho Chi Minh City).

Ms Katie and Ms Janice introduced Sunwah Group, its 52-year business journey in Vietnam and long-term partnership in terms of culture, arts, education, technology and innovation between France and China, and also Vietnam. Sunwah representatives also briefed about the mission and activities of Sunwah Innovation Centers in Vietnam and the plan to develop 2 more innovation centers and Choi Center in Ho Chi Minh (similarly to the Choi Center in Beijing, China) to promote more innovation and culture exchanges between Vietnam and France and other countries over the world.

Mrs Frédérique was impressed with Sunwah’s extensive businesses and activities, especially in terms of culture and art exchanges with France. She suggested connecting Sunwah with Business France for collaboration to support French companies entering Vietnam. She also would like to visit Sunwah Innovation Center in Ho Chi Minh and look forward to joint activities between Sunwah and the Consulate General of France in Ho Chi Minh City.
