Sunwah – On 4 March 2021, Sunwah Group received a delegation from Southeast Asian Bank (SeABank) to discuss the potential for cooperation between the 2 parties. From Sunwah Group, there were Mr Jesse Choi, Director of Sunwah Vietnam and Sunwah Innovations; Mr Louis Nguyen, CEO of Sunwah Kingsway Vietnam; and representatives of Sunwah Kingsway Hong Kong joining virtually. From SeABank, there were Ms Le Thu Thuy, Vice Chairwoman and CEO, and senior executives of the Bank.

During the meeting, Mr Jesse Choi briefed the delegation on the history and operations of Sunwah Group worldwide and in Vietnam. Ms Le Thu Thuy also introduced about SeABank’s history over 27 years and shared that they currently have 165 branch offices in Vietnam, focusing on the Northern market. The 2 parties had an in-depth discussion about the strengths of each side and the potential for cooperation in the coming time. Both Sunwah and SeABank agreeded to ultilize their resources to promote cooperation in not only banking – finance field but also other potential sectors.
