Sunwah – On morning 10 May 2022, Sunwah Group received a 40-student delegation from University of Economics and Law to visit and explore Sunwah’s activities in Vietnam.

The University of Economics and Law (UEL), a member of the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM), is one of the leading academic institutes in economics, law and management in Vietnam. Each year, UEL organizes various company tours for their students to explore the professional business environment, culture and necessary skills required to work in leading corporations.

Mr Jesse Choi, Director of Sunwah Vietnam and Sunwah Innovations; Ms Katie Nguyen, Sunwah representative in Ho Chi Minh City and Deputy Director of Sunwah Innovations; and managers of member companies of the Group, all shared about Sunwah’s business activities and achievements in Vietnam over the last 50 years and upcoming innovation projects in the world, as well as the contribution of Dr Jonathan Choi, Chairman of Sunwah Group, to the socio-economic development of Vietnam. Additionally, the delegation joined the briefing session by a representative of VinaCapital on their real estate and clean energy projects and internship opportunities.

Represented UEL student delegation, Mr Nguyen Duy Hiep, Director of Center for Business Relations, was very impressed with Sunwah’s achievement in Vietnam and expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome of the Group to the delegation. He hoped that Sunwah would organize more company tours for students from UEL and other member universities of VNUHCM in the coming time.
