Sunwah – On the afternoon of 1 February 2021, Mr Jesse Choi, Director of Sunwah Vietnam and CEO of Sunwah Innovations, received a delegation from the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM) led by Dr Le Thanh Long, Director of External Relations Department, VNUHCM.

During the meeting, Mr Jesse Choi send the regards and congratulation of Dr Jonathan Choi, Chairman of Sunwah Group, to Assoc. Prof. Huynh Thanh Dat, former President of VNUHCM and now Minister of Technology and Science, and to Assoc. Prof. Vu Hai Quan, new President of VNUHCM. Mr Choi also showed his appreciation to VNUHCM for their continuous support over the years, notable for Sunwah Group’s 50^th Anniversary in Vietnam and the Launching of Sunwah International Innovation Platform. He hoped that the Platform will promote more collaboration and exchanges between leading Vietnamese universities and their Chinese counterpart in education, culture, innovation and technology.

VNUHCM delegation visited Sunwah Group

Dr Le Thanh Long shared about the joint projects between Sunwah Group and VNUHCM over the years and wanted that there will be more collaborative projects in the coming time. Both parties also agreed to organized promotion activities on innovations in Ho Chi Minh City. Dr Le Thanh Long hoped that Sunwah Innovations will utilize the Platform’s resources to connect more local organisation to international ones in order to develop the startup ecosystem in Vietnam.
